TAt Casa Angelina, we take our food seriously. And for us, good food starts with good local suppliers. Which is why we source the vast majority of our ingredients from the trusted producers and artisans of the surrounding Amalfi Coast and wider Campania region. And it’s not just because we want to support the local economy, but because - lucky for us - Campania’s food produce is among Italy’s finest. The region is, after all, home to some of Italy’s best cheeses (mozzarella di bufala Campana), citruses (those famously sweet Amalfi lemons), and tomatoes (pomodoro San Marzano DOP). Fresh seafood is also in ample supply here, and the region is also a major exporter of pasta, olive oil and wine. With produce like this on offer nearby, we would be silly to look elsewhere.
